We added a new feature to your partner dashboards called the “User Lookup” tool.  This feature allows you to look up any user is any client you’ve added to the platform, and see an overview of their account, including recent activity on active commitments, send them a password reset, and more! This tool should help you in supporting individual users much faster.

You can search for a user by name, email address, phone number, or by the date range in which they created a commitment or checked-in on a commitment.
