You’ve likely seen the same stats we have. Data from Gallup, HBR and others indicate that less than 40% of individuals in new leadership positions get any training, coaching or mentoring. And with a new generation moving into leadership roles, we wanted to provide some support.

We reached out to the consultants in our LinkedIn Community for their expert advice to individuals taking on leadership roles for the first time. We were overwhelmed by their amazing answers, and pulled out key themes and ideas to help get the word out to new leaders.
